  • Journal Entry: What element(s) of dystopian literature did you notice in today’s reading? How does this add to a big idea/theme of the story?
    • Your journals will not be collected, but you may use them to help you write your compare/contrast paragraphs on Friday’s check-in.
  • Homework: Bring a novel of your choice in to read tomorrow!

  • Meet in your Lit Groups – Give a short book talk to introduce your book. Chat about how your book is similar and different from 1984.
